Bridgend’s First Choice for Inclusive Fitness

At Pilates Studio InnerPeace Fitness, we ensure that all of our inclusive fitness sessions are open to children as well as adults. These groups sessions work alongside our one-to-one exercise classes to offer an introduction to fitness in Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan. Our goal is to build confidence, increase social awareness, and improve communication skills. At these classes, everyone can improve their balance, coordination, and agility, with a focus on having fun with fitness.
